摘 要:研究了Ti-6Al-4V和Ti55(Ti-5.5Al-4.2Sn-2.2Zr-1.2Mo-0.3Si-Nd)两种钛合金表面渗铝层的显微组织、成分和相结构以及渗铝处理对这两种钛合金高温氧化行为的影响。试验结果表明:渗铝层厚度均匀,与钛合金基体平直相接,其上有些贯穿裂纹存在;渗铝层主要组成元素是Ti和Al;主要组成相是TiAl_3。表面渗铝处理可大大提高钛合金的抗高温氧化性能。The microstructure, chemical composition and phase composition of the pack aluminized layer on Ti-6Al-4V and Ti55 (Ti-5.5Al-4.2Sn-2.2Zr-1.2Mo-0.3Si-Nd) have been studied. The effect of pack aluminizing on high temperature oxidation behavior of the said alloys has also been presented in the paper. The results showed that the coating is uniform in thickness and with planar morphology. There are some transverse cracks in the coating. The coating mainly consists Ti and Al. The phase composition of the coating is mainly TiAl_3. The oxidation resistance of these Ti alloys at high temperature has been improved remarkably by the pack aluminizing.
