摘  要:初步探讨了错距旋压技术在难熔金属钼管批量生产中应有的有关技术问题,提出了较适合于钼管加工特性的道次加工率(20%~30%)和道次压入量等工艺参数。结果表明,与传统的等距旋压工艺相比,错距旋压技术可提高工作效率,减少能源消耗,且工件易脱模,产品质量和成品率也达理想要求。Stagger spinning technique for refractory molybdenum tube processing is described in this paper. Some technological parameters including the deformation ratio of each pass and reduction in pass, which are suitable to Mo tube processing are presented. The test results show that stagger spinning technique has many advantages over conventional spinning. It has a higher effciency, less energy consumption and easier to demould, etc. The quality of the products and the rare of the finished products meet to the requirement.
