摘 要:研究了混合陶瓷粉、A-W生物活性玻璃陶瓷粉在不同温度下对TC4合金基体的浸润性及其对结合强度的影响。结果表明:在相同温度下,混合陶瓷粉对TC4合金基体的浸润性优越于A-W生物活性陶瓷粉;生物陶瓷粉对TC4合金基体的浸润性与温度有很大的关系,随着温度升高,生物陶瓷粉对TC4合金基体的浸润性变得优良;生物陶瓷与TC4合金基体的浸润性对其结合强度起决定性作用,浸润性越好,其结合强度越高。It has been investigated in this paper that the wettability of the mixed ceramic powders and A-W biologically active devitroceram powder on TC4 alloy matrix and its effect on bonding strength at different temperatures. The results show that the wettability of the mixed ceramic powders on TC4 alloy matrix is better than that of the A-W powders on it at the same temperature. It is related to the temperature. The wettability improves with the increasing of temperature. The bonding strength depends on the wettability of ceramic powders on TC4 alloy matrix, the better the wettability, the higher the bonding strength.
