摘　　要：[目的 ]探讨手背静脉穿刺的新方法。 [方法 ]对住院接受静脉输液的 168例清醒病人 ,采用新穿刺法和传统穿刺法进行自身对照。[结果 ]新穿刺法一次成功率、微痛率均高于传统穿刺法 ,对照比较有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 0 5 )。 [结论 ]新穿刺法能提高穿刺的成功率 ,明显减轻病人疼痛。Objective: to probe into a new method of opisthenar venipuncture. Method: a total of 168 conscious inpatients accepted venipuncture in a new puncturing method and traditional puncturing method as self-control respectively. Result: one time success rate and slight pain rate of the new way of puncturing were higher than that of traditional puncturing method. There was a statistical difference between them (P<0.005). Conclusion: the new puncturing method could raise the puncturing success rate and obviously abate patients' puncturing pain.
