山东6种植物的染色体研究

摘　　要：对山东 6种植物进行了染色体研究 .白英 (SolanumlyratumThunb.)染色体数目为 2n =2 4 ,核型公式K( 2n) =2x =2 4 =2 0m + 4sm ,核型“1A” ;草 (Humulusscandens(Lour.)Merr.)染色体数目为 2n =16,核型公式K( 2n) =2x =16=8m + 8sm ,核型“2A” ;白刺花 (SophoravicifoliaHance .)染色体数目为 2n =18,核型公式K( 2n) =2x =18=2M + 14m + 2sm ,核型“1A” ;有斑百合 (Liliumconcolorvar .pulchellum (Fisch .)Regel.)染色体数目为 2n =2 4 ,核型公式K( 2n) =2x =2 4 =4m + 2sm + 6st+ 12t,核型“3A” ;野韭 (AlliumramosumL .)染色体数目为 2n =16+ 1B ,核型公式K( 2n) =2x =16=12m + 2sm + 2st + 1B ,核型“2A” ;狼尾花 (LysimachiabarystachysBge .)染色体数目为 2n =2 4 ,核型公式K( 2n) =2x =2 4 =14m + 10sm ,核型“2A” .Chromosome studies of six species of plants from Shandong are reported.The chromosome number of Solanum lyratum Thunb.is 2 n =24,its karyotype formula is K(2n)=2x =24=20 m+4 sm,belonging to '1A'of Stebbins;the chromosome number of Humulus scandens (Lour.) Merr.is 2 n =16,its karyotype formula is K(2n) =2 x =16=8 m+8 sm,belonging to '2 A' of Stebbins;the chromosome number of Sophora vicifolia Hance.is 2 n =18,its karyotype formula is K(2n)=2x =18=2 M+14 m+2 sm,belonging to '1A' of Stebbins;the chromosome number of Lilium concolor var.pulchellum (Fisch.)Regel.is 2 n =24,its karyotype formula is K(2n)=2x =24= 4 m+2 sm+6 st+12 t,belonging to '3 A'of Stebbins;the chromosome number of Allium ramosum L.is 2 n =16+1B,its karyotype formula is K(2n) =2 x =16=12 m+2 sm+2 st+1 B, belonging to '2 A'of Stebbins;the chromosome number of Lysimachia barystachys Bge.is 2 n =24,its karyotype formula is K(2n) =2 x =24=14 m+10 sm,belonging to '2 A' of Stebbins.
