智能光电药灸仪治疗痹症的临床对照研究

摘　　要：目的 :比较智能光电药灸仪与传统艾灸治疗痹症的临床疗效。方法 :将 32 6例痹症患者随机分为光电仪组、药液组、仪器加药液组、温和灸对照组 ,观察 4组疗效。 结果 :光电仪组、药液组、仪器加药液组、温和灸对照组治愈率分别为 2 4 8%、7 8%、2 1 4%、9 5 %,总有效率分别为82 2 %、5 6 3%、78 6 %、5 5 6 %。结论 :智能光电药灸仪治疗痹症临床效果显著优于传统艾灸与药液 ,且该方法简单、安全 ,有广泛的临床应用前景。Objective To compare clinical therapeutic effects of the intelligence photoelectric medicinal moxibustion apparatus and traditional moxibustion. Methods Three hundreds and twenty-six cases of arthralgia syndrome were randomly divided into 4 groups: a photoelectric apparatus group, a medicinal solution group, an apparatus plus medicinal solution group, a warming moxibustion control group. Their therapeutic effects were compared. Results The cured rate and the total effective rate were 24.8% and 82.2% in the photoelectric apparatus group, 7.8% and 56.3% in the medicinal solution group, 21.4% and 78.6% in the apparatus plus medicinal solution group, 9.5% and 55.6% in the warming moxibustion control group, respectively. Conclusion The clinical therapeutic effect of the intelligence photoelectric medicinal moxibustion apparatus on arthralgia syndrome is significantly superior to that of traditional moxibustion or medicinal solution, with simply manipulation, safety and prospect of wide clinical application.
