摘  要:目的:观察广枣中三种酮类成分对乌头碱所致小鼠心律失常的影响,为找到一种抗心律失常作用较强的主要化学单体或简单复合物打下基础。方法:给小鼠静注乌头碱致心律失常、观察广枣中三种黄酮类成分抗心律失常作用。结果:样品1、样品2能够明显延长心律失常出现时间,且呈剂量依赖性;样品3显著缩短心律失常出现时间,且也与剂量成正比。结论:样品1、样品2能够对抗乌头碱所致心律失常,样品3不能对抗乌头碱所致心律失常,相反,使乌头碱毒性加强。Objective : To observe the influence of the three flavonoid components in Choerospondias Axil laris on the aconitine - induced arrhythmias for finding potent antiarrhythmic compound or simple complex. Methods: The antiarrhythrnic action of the three components was observed by using i. v aconitine in mice to induce arrhythmias. Results: Sample 1 and sample 2 both significantly prolonged the beginning time of arrhythmias and were concentration - dependent,compared with the NS group;Sample 3 shortened the beginning time of arrhythmicas in inverse correlation to the dose, compared with the NS group. Conclusion: Sample 1 and Sample 2 can resist arrhythmias induced by aconitine; sample 3 can not resist arrhythmias induced by a conitine but markedly increases the toxicity of aconitine.
