摘  要:本文考察了氯化铵压煮锂云母焙烧矿的浸出过程,着重研究了压煮温度、时间、液固比、氯化铵配比等因素对锂浸出率的影响,并建立了五因子二次回归数学模型,确定了最佳浸出条件。数模验证试验表明,锂的浸出率可达91%。数模对工艺方案选择及过程控制与预测有一定的实际意义。Ammonium chloride pressure leaching process of the calcine of lepidolite has been studied.The influences of temperature, time, .ratio of liquid to solid, the amount of NH4C1, etc. on the leaching recovery of lithium were investigated, and a mathematical model was established.The optimal conditions were chosed, and the verification experiments of the model showed the leaching recovery of 91% above could be reached. The model has practical significance for the choice of technologies control and predict of the process.
