摘 要:目的:探讨天麻在大鼠肾缺血再灌注损伤中的保护作用及其机制。方法:通过建立大鼠急性肾缺血再灌注损伤 模型,测定天麻对肾缺血再灌注后血清BUN浓度、肾组织SOD活力、MDA及NO含量的变化及肾脏的病理组织学改变。结 果:与对照组相比,使用天麻后,在灌注24h后血清BUN浓度明显下降(P<0.01),再灌注6h、12h和24h后肾组织SOD活力 明显升高(P值分别<0.01,0.05,0.01),MDA含量明显降低(P值分别<0.05,0.01,0.05);未应用天麻保护的对照组肾组织 出现明显的损伤性改变。结论:天麻在大鼠肾缺血再灌注损伤模型中有保护作用,其机制可能与天麻的抗自由基损伤和减轻 脂质过氧化的作用有关。Objective: To explore the protective effects of Rhizoma Gastrodiae on rat models with renal ischemia reperfusion injuries. Methods: Through establish the injury model of acute renal ischemia reperfusion, the author determined its serum concentration of BUN, the SOD activities of kidney tissue, MDA and the content of NO, pathologic and tissue change after reperfusion. Results: Compared with the control group, Serum BUN level was significantly declined at 24hours after reperfusion (P<0.01). 6, 12 and 24 hours after reperfusion, the kidney SOD activities were significantly increased (P<0.01 P<0.05 and P<0.01, respectively), while the concentration of renal MDA significantly decreased (P<0.05.P<0.01 and P<0.05, .respectively). But in the control group, the kidney tissue showed obvious injury change. Conclusion: Rhizoma Gastrodiae played a preventive role in renal ischemia reperfusion injury, possibly through anti-oxidative actions against free radicals and lipid peroxides.
