梳棉机棉网清洁器导板长度的探讨

摘　　要：在梳棉机后罩板处加装后固定盖板 ,在固定盖板前加装棉网清洁器 ,选择导板长度分别为 2 5mm、6 0mm、95mm三种棉网清洁器 ,在其他条件不变条件下 ,进行了纺纱对比试验。试验结果表明 ,导板长度并不是越长越有利于成纱质量的改善 ,在本试验条件下 ,导板以 2 5mm长度对成纱质量提高较为有利。Set stationary flat in back cover guard of carding machine, and the cotton web cleaner in front of stationary flat. Three kinds of cotton web cleaner which guide plate length is 25mm, 60mm, 95mm are chosen. Comparable spinning test is done in the same condition, and the result shows——it is not true that yarn quality is improving with the increasing of guide plate length, guide plate length of 25mm is better in the condition of the test.
