摘　　要：确定了棉型腈纶、涤纶和羊毛A/T/W 80 / 10 / 10 18tex的纺纱工艺流程 ,分析了影响开清棉工序成卷质量的因素 ,通过合理配置开清棉工艺 ,采取可行性措施 ,解决了A/T/W 80 / 10 / 10 18tex混纺纱在开清棉工序粘卷、缠绕、堵车、条干不匀的难题。Spinning process of cotton type acrylon, polyester & wool A/T/W 80/10/10 18tex is defined, influence on opening and cleaning process of lap quality is analyzed. The problems of tacky cotton lap, winding, choking and unevenness of A/T/W 80/10/10 18 tex in opening and cleaning process is resolved by reasonable configuration and effective measures.
