摘　　要：进行了使用KHM 0 1高效平滑剂完全取代PVA用于纯棉品种的上浆实践 ,制定了“快车速、小张力、低烘燥、小伸长”的上浆工艺路线 ,通过对浆纱质量、织造效果、用浆成本等方面的对比分析 ,证明KHM 0 1高效平滑剂适用于纯棉细号产品上浆 ,并可完全取代PVA。KHM 01 effective smooth agent is used in cotton product sizing instead of PVA, and the sizing process route of fast operating speed, small tension, low drying temperature and small elongation is done. Sizing quality, weaving effect, sizing cost and so on is comparable analyzed. The result shows that KHM 01 effective smooth agent is fit for fine count cotton yarn sizing and it can instead of PVA.
