摘 要:研究了 4种相对湿度(40%、60%、80%和 95% )对萧氏松茎象HylobitelusxiaoiZhang成虫取食、繁殖和历期及卵存活的影响。结果表明,在 25℃和 95%相对湿度条件下,成虫取食量最大,产卵量最高、历期最长。卵在 95%相对湿度条件下孵化率最高,相对湿度低于 80%不能正常孵化。揭示了萧氏松茎象适宜湿度范围很窄,其种群只有在高湿的环境条件下才能正常繁衍。The feeding, fecundity and longevity of Hylobitelus xiaoi adults and development and survival of H. xiao eggs were evaluated at a constant temperature of 25 ℃ and relative humidities (RH) of 40%,60%,80% and 95%. Adults consumed significantly more quantities of twigs and laid significantly more eggs and lived significantly longer at RH 95% than they did at any other relative humidities. Most of the eggs tested were able to develop to the next stage only at RH 95%, lower RH led to higher mortality. The results revealed that optimal RH range was limited to H. xiaoi insect and its population could develop only under high RH conditions.
