摘　　要：本研究采用猪流行性腹泻病毒、猪传染性胃肠炎病毒和轮状病毒细胞培养物制备了三联灭活疫苗,实验室免疫结果表明,肉猪和妊娠母猪免疫后 15d达到较高的免疫水平,免疫有效期超过 6个月。妊娠母猪所产仔猪可获得高水平的被动免疫保护。试验场应用结果表明母猪保护率达 98%,仔猪被动免疫保护达 93%。Three-combined inactive vaccine are prepared from the cell culture of PEDV,TGEV and RV. The results of the vaccine indicated that pregnant sow and weaner could acquire high titer of antibody 15days after inoculation. The immunization period of validity exceeded 6 months. The suckling piglets could get passive protection from the immunization of the immunized sow. The percent of the vaccine efficiency was 98% to the active immunization of the sow and 93% to the passive immunization of the piglets in the experimental farms.
