摘  要:目的研究纤维蛋白原(Fbg)B β-148和B β-448基因多态性与其分子功能和血浆浓度及多种因素的相关性。方法采用整群抽样方法选取开滦矿业集团职工1520人。清晨空腹抽取静脉血测定血浆Fbg浓度、纤维蛋白单体聚合速度(FMPV)、最大吸光度(Amax)、FMPV/Amax和Fbg的B β-148和B β-448基因型,并行体检和问卷调查。结果B β- 148的C、T和B β-448的A、G等位基因频率为0.74、0.26、0.26、0.74,其基因型频率分布与性别无关(P=0.49)。男性人群中B β-148 CT+TT的Fbg浓度高于CC基因型(P<0.05);女性人群中B β-448 AG+AA的Fbg分子功能低于GG基因型。结论Fbg的B β-148和B β-448基因多态性这些遗传因素通过与环境因素相互作用,调节Fbg分子功能或含量,从而使缺血性心脑血管疾病的发病危险性增加。Objectives To explore the relation of Beta-fibrinogen gene-148C/T and 448G/A polymorphisms, their molecul function and other many factors. Methods 1 520 subjects from Tangshan coalmine were enrolled with study method of cluster sampling. Face to face interviews were conducted to fill in questionnaires by trained interviewers. Fbg FMPV, AMAX, FMPV/AMAX, beta-fibrinogen gene-148C/T and 448G/A gene were measured. Results The frequencies of C-148,T-148,G448 allele were 0.74,0.26,0. 26,0.74. The distributions of their genotypes did not show much difference between male and female ( P=0. 49). There are difference in molecul function between β-448 AA + AG and GG among women. Conclusion The interaction of B β-148 and B β-448 polymorphisms genetic factors and environmenta may contribute to the increase of ischemia cardio-cerebrovascular disease.
