摘  要:单相半控桥式整流稳压永磁发电机主要为汽车的用电设施提供直流电源以及给蓄电池充电。发电机转子铁心上有多块由极靴通过非导磁螺钉固定的钕铁硼永磁体,相邻的钕铁硼永磁体极性相反,即N极S极间隔排列,组成钕铁硼永磁转子,当转子转动时,磁场旋转,线圈切割磁力线,产生电动势。新研发的单相半控桥式整流稳压电子稳压器,集稳压、整流于一体,可保证发电机输出电压稳定的直流电,解决了汽车用永磁发电机在变转速变负载工况下输出电压不稳定的问题。A single-phase semi-controlling bridge-rectificati on voltage-stabilized magnetogenerator is mainly used for supplying D.C. power supply for the energy equipment of automobile and charges for the storage batter y of it. There are some pieces of neodymium, iron and boron permanent magnet bod y fixed with non-magnetic screw on the pole shoe of the generator rotor core. T he polarity of adjacent neodymium, iron and boron permanent magnet bodies is opp osite, i.e., intervallic N pole and S pole compose the neodymium, iron and boron rotor. The magnetic field is rotational when the rotor rotates, coils cut the m agnetic flux to produce the electromotive force. The newly developed single-pha se semi-controlling bridge-rectification voltage-stabilized electronic stabil izer can stabilize voltage and rectificate to ensure that the generator can gene rate voltage-stabilized D.C. supply, so that the problem of non-stabilized vol tage for automobile magnetogenerator under the condition of variable-speed vari able-load operation is solved.
