新颖宽调谐环形压控振荡器

摘　　要：提出了一种新颖的频率可调范围为 3个数量级的全集成变阻环形压控振荡器 ,应用互补型开关作为可变电阻器并通过控制其电压来调节电阻值从而达到宽调谐的目的。采用 TSMC 0 .2 5μm标准 CMOS工艺进行模拟仿真 ,结果显示控制电压为 0 .4～ 3 V变化时 ,相应振荡频率为 2 88KHz～ 93 4MHz,具有较宽的调谐范围、较好的波形和较快的振荡摆幅 ,同时具有电路结构简单。A novel fully integrated variable-resistance voltage-controlled ring oscillator with the tuning range of 3 orders is presented.A complementary switch is used as a varible resistor and a wide tuning range can be obtained by varying the controlled voltage to ajust the value of it. Simulation results with TSMC 0.25 μm standard CMOS process show that the oscillation frequency is available in the range from 288 KHz to 934 MHz corresponding the controlled voltage of 0.4 V to 3 V. The VCO shows some good characters such as wider tuning range, better waveform,faster swing amplitude, simpler circuit structure and easily integrated as well.
