摘  要:介绍一种显像管内磁偏转线圈在屏上形成的矩形光栅与矩形屏对准的新方法。该方法主要特点是利用管内磁偏转线圈产生的磁场进行水平扫描作为基本标准。根据此标准在磁偏转线圈组件上作出标志 ,然后利用模具将该标志与电子枪中三个电子束排列方向进行对准。制成电子枪偏转组件为一体的装置。在封口前利用管颈二侧的屏的平分线的标志线使该装置与屏对准。A new method for the raster registration between inner yoke and screen in the television display tube is introduced. The main feature is to use the horizontal scanning line created by the inner yoke as basic standard. According to this standard this method makes a mark on the inner yoke set, and a registration between the mark and in-line direction of 3-beam in the gun by means of an assembling jig for assembling an electron gun-inner yoke unit device. Raster registration between the unit device and screen is made precision by using the two mark lines on the two sides of the tube neck before sealing. This method is simple and available.
