摘　　要：电真空器件的失效期表现为浴盆曲线 ,可分为早期失效期、偶然失效期和耗损失效期三个阶段。本文分析了电真空器件的失效因素 ,指出各个因素对电真空器件失效的影响大小。提出了用电真空器件管内真空度的变化来计算电真空器件偶然失效期的模式。The failure of a kind of vacuum electron tube has been studied. Its lifetime can be described as the bathtub curve which consists of three periods: Infant Mortality Period, Normal Life Period(also known as ‘useful life’) and Wear-out Period. The failure factors of the vacuum electron tube have also been studied. The failure analysis model was established to estimate the life of vacuum electron tube according to the variety of air pressure in tubes. Finally some experiment and simulation way was given.
