摘  要:渤海浅层油藏大多为胶结疏松的稠油油藏 ,这类油藏的开发目前主要采取防砂管理方式。针对渤海稠油油田实际情况 ,提出了适度出砂提高单井产能的思路 ,并开展了实验研究。在调研国内外出砂模拟实验的基础上 ,研制了出砂模拟实验装置 ,开展了人造岩心制作、砾石充填防砂效果评价 ,以及简易防砂条件下岩样出砂对储层渗透率的影响及出砂规律的模拟实验研究 ,其研究成果对于渤海稠油油藏出砂油井的科学生产和管理具有一定的指导意义。Most shallow reservoirs in Bohai sea are unconsolidated formation with heavy oil, and they are developed mainly by using a sand exclusion management. Starting from this situation, an idea to improve single_well productivity through a appropriate sand production has been presented, and an experimental study has been implemented. Based on an investigation of sand_production simulation experiments at home and abroad, a set of devices has been developed for the simulation experiment, and several sections of man_made core have been prepared. Following these, the sand_exclusion effects of gravel pack are evaluated, and the experimental simulations are conducted for the rock samples, involving in the impact of sand production on reservoir permeability and the sand production tendency under simple sand_exclusion conditions. The results obtained may provide a guidance to scientific production and management of heavy oil reservoirs in Bohai sea.
