摘　　要：概括了标本库管理相关背景。根据实际情况,确定了标准化组织标本库管理系统的设计方案。采用WWW技术与传统的Client／Server相结合的三层体系结构,确定了相应的技术方案:采用数据库SQLServer平台,使用VC++语言,应用PHP编程。介绍了系统的各个功能模块极其相应的功能,并对系统开发过程中使用的关键技术--数据字典的实现、图像采集技术以及系统的安全机制进行了详细的介绍。The background knowledge of tissue specimen database management is summed up. The design scheme of standardization tissue specimen database management system is confirmed based on the real case. Three layer's structure is applied with WWW technolgy and client/server to confirm the corresponding technical scheme-SQL server database, VCC programme language and PHP programming. The function model of the system is introduced. The key techniques used in the developing course-realization of data dictionary,gathering image and security mechanism of the system are presented.
