摘　　要：测定极化曲线和微分电容曲线研究三种添加剂:间苯二酚、胨、乙烯醇(PVG)及其组合对Pb、Cd共沉积的作用,结果表明,单一添加剂及其组合表现不同的吸附规律;相应地,它们对Pb、Cd和Pb-Cd合金电沉积的极化也有不同影响,从含组合添加剂(6g·l^(-1)间苯二酚+1g·l^(-1)胨+1g·l^(-1)聚乙烯醇)的氟硼酸镀液可得到满意的高镉含量的Pb-Cd合金镀层。Effects of three additives (resornicol .peptone and-PVG) and their mixture on the electrodeposition of Pb-Cd alioy have been studied by means of polarization curves, differential capacity-potential curves. It was observed that the adsorption characteristic of each additive and their mixture is quite different.and corrospordingly the polarization effect of these additives and their mixture on the electrodeposition of Pb,Cd and Pb-Cd alloy is different obviously. The excellent Pb-Cd alloy deposit with high Cd content can be obtained from the HBF4 bath with composite addifives.
