摘 要:用高压釜间歇反应器考察了甲醇液相羰化反应中温度、压力、催化剂浓度、添加剂种类及含量对甲醇转化及羰化的影响,结果表明,甲醇转化率随反应压力提高而增加,最佳反应条件:反应温度70~80℃,CO压力在6.0MPa以上,催化剂浓度0.5~0.7mol/l,筛选出B、C、D等效果较佳的添加剂,旦双组份添加剂效果优于单组份添加剂。The effect of reation temperature and pressure,concentration of catalyst, kind and content of additive on conversion and carbonylation of methanol has been investigated by means of high-pressure caldron intermittent reactor. The results show that conversion of methanol increased with reaction pressure. The optimum reaction conditions are as follows: reaction temperature 70-80 ℃,CO pressure over 6.0 MPa.catalyst concentration 0. 5-0. 7 mol/l. The better additive B,C,D has been sieved. The efficiency of a double component additive is better than that of a monocomponent one.
