摘　　要：采用精氨酸刺激法和OGTT法观察初诊糖尿病患者胰岛素第一和第二时相分泌的变化。结果提示 ,有糖尿病家族史患者存在胰岛素第一时相和早期分泌功能异常。The first and second phases of insulin release in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients were observed by arginine stimulating test and OGTT respectively. The first phase and early insulin secretions in the patients with family history of diabetes were lower than those of the patients without family history.
