不同排尿方法对留置尿管患者膀胱功能影响的观察

摘　　要：目的探讨不同的排尿方法对留置尿管患者膀胱功能的影响。方法采取随机分组法将120例病人分为三组,甲组采用个体化排尿方法,乙组采用定时排尿,丙组实行开放引流。结果三组患者拔管后首次排尿情况及拔管3d内排尿情况,经统计学分析,有统计学差异(均P<0.05),其中甲组首次排尿及拔管3d内排尿顺利率均高于其他两组。结论留置尿管的患者采取个体化排尿方法,有利于患者膀胱功能的恢复。Objective To investigate the effect of different methods of let-off urine on cystic function in patients with remained catheterization. Method One hundred and twenty patients were randomly divided into three groups: group A with personal let-off urine, group B with timing let-off urine, and group C with open drainage. Result There was significant difference among the three groups in terms of initial urination. Conclusion Personal let-off urine is is beneficial to resume cystic function for patients with remained catheterization.
