摘　　要：目的了解社区癫痫患者用药依从性及影响因素。方法对某社区已确诊的癫痫患者采用自行设计问卷进行调查。结果癫痫患者的依从性与患者的性别、文化程度、经济基础、家庭照顾能力、担心药物副作用、担心药物的疗效相关。结论采取多种形式宣传癫痫知识,建立良好的医患关系和良好的社会支持系统,以提高和帮助社区癫痫患者遵医行为。Objective To investigate treatment compliance and its related factors among community epileptic patients. Methods Epileptic patients in a community were investigated with a self-made questionnaire. Results Treatment compliance was correlated with patients' sex, literacy, economic status, home care, and their worries about side-effects of medicine and effectiveness of treatment. Conclusion Health education about epilepsy, good relationship between doctors and patients and social support can improve patients' treatment compliance.
