摘　　要：目的:探讨老年人行急诊冠脉内介入治疗(PCI)的护理。方法:对2 4例6 0岁以上的急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者进行有效的心理疏导、术前准备、术后护理。结果:2 4例患者手术均获得成功。结论:根据老年人的生理及疾病特点,按PCI的要求,严密心电、血压监护,正确应用抗凝剂,认真落实护理措施,可防止和减少并发症,提高抢救成效。Objective To investigate the nursing in the elderly with emergency percutaneous coronary mterventional therapy during perioperative.Methods Twenty-four cases with acute myocardiol infarction(>60 y)were given effective psychogenic guarding before operation,co-operationandbestnuring after operation.Results All cases survived during perioperative.Conclusion Rigorous ward of electrocardiogram and prssure,admission of anticoagulant are key points to reduce the complication of emergency percutaneous coronary interventional blerapy.
