血汗净口服液对小鼠汗腺功能的影响

摘　　要：目的 :观察血汗净口服液对小鼠汗腺功能的影响。方法 :取小鼠 72只 ,随机均分为血汗净大、中、小组、黄芪精口服液组、模型组和生理盐水组 ,复制氢化可的松肾阳虚模型后给药 1 0天 ,取足跖部汗腺制成切片 ,计数空泡汗腺细胞数和非空泡细胞数。结果 :血汗净口服液可显著减少汗腺细胞的空泡细胞百分率 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论Objective: To observe effect of Xuehanjing oral fluid on mice anti hidropoiesis function. Methods: 72 mice, were divided randomly into Xuehanjing 3 difference dose groups, Huangqijing, model and NS groups, After duplicated the corlin induced kidney yang deficiency mice model and given drugs for 10 successive days. We get sweat glands of soles and count the vacuoles sweat gland cells and normal sweat gland cells. Results: Xuehanjing oral fluid could significantly reduced the rate of the vacuoles sweat gland cells (P<0.01)compared with NS group. conclusion: The results indicate that Xuehanjing oral fluid could reduced sweat excretion by alterating the form of sweat gland cell.
