摘　　要：目的　报告 32例legg Perthes病的手术治疗结果。方法　对 32例legg Perthes病实施手术的患儿分别采用滑膜切除 12例 ,股骨颈开窗减压 11例 ,滑膜切除加骨盆截骨 9例。随诊期 1～ 8年。结果　按Stulberg标准评定 ,优良率 75 % ,差 9 3%。结论　对legg Perthes病Ⅲ、Ⅳ期 (Catterall分期法 )患儿采用滑膜切除、股骨颈开窗减压、骨盆截骨可取得较好效果 ,值得临床推广。Objective: To review the results of surgical treatment of 32 cases of legg-perthes disease. Methods:In 32 cases of legg-perthes beglonging to group Ⅲ or Ⅳ according to Catterall's classification, synovectomy was done in 12, femoral neck was drilled to low pressure in 11, synovectomy and chiariosteotomy were done in 9. Results: The results of surgical treatment were evaluated according to the criterion of Stulberg. The total excellent rate was 75% and poor 9.3%. Conclusion:Synovectomy or neck of femur fenestration and decomression or chiariosteotomy is an effective measure to treat the patients of Catterall group Ⅲ and Ⅳ.
