摘　　要：目的　探讨彩色多普勒超声对主动脉夹层动脉瘤 (AD)的诊断价值。方法　 2 4例患者采用经胸超声 (TTE)检查 ,其中 10例加做经食道超声 (TEE)检查。部分患者行CT、MRI、血管造影检查。结果　TTE确诊率为 91.7% ,TEE、血管造影确诊率均为 10 0 %。CT、MRI的确诊率为 87.5 %和 80 %。结论　彩色多普勒超声检查是临床诊断主动脉夹层动脉瘤的有效手段 ,经食道超声检查可进一步提高诊断率。Objective: To explore the effect of color Doppler echocardiography on the diagnosis of aortic dissecting aneurysm. Methods: 24 patients were examined by transthoracic echocardiography, 10 of whom also received the transesophageal echocardiography examination. CT, MRI and DSA were used for the diagnosis in some of them. Results: The diagnosis ratio of TTE,TEE,CT,MRI and DSA were respectively 91.7%, 100%,87.5%, 80% and 100%.Conclusion: Color Doppler echocardiography is an effective diagnostic method for the aortic dissecting aneurysm, and TEE can increase the diagnosis rate of aortic dissecting aneurysm.
