摘　　要：工程量清单计价提供了一种由市场形成价格的新的计价模式,其推进我国工程造价管理改革的作用是显而易见的,因此有必要对工程量清单计价方式作一探讨。Detailed list of building work has offered a new standard methed of measurment , forming in the market , and it will improve China' s Project Cost Management. So it is necessary to discuss on the measurement of management of building work.
