摘 要:排矸石、矿渣、粉煤灰等固体废弃物占用了大量的耕地,并对生态环境造成污染。本文对阜新地区大巴沟隧道排矸石、发电厂排放的粉煤灰进行了性质检测,在获得矸石、粉煤灰基本性质指标的基础上,为研究其应用价值,将矸石破碎作粗骨料、用磨细矿渣和粉煤灰作掺合料成功配制出C70以上的高强混凝土、抗渗等级大于P30的高抗渗混凝土、劈拉强度达到8.33MPa的钢纤维混凝土、压拉比为8左右的低聚合物水能混凝土等。本文的研究成果对阜新老工业矿区三废治理具有指导意义,并具有良好的社会、环境和经济效益。研究中运用了均匀设计,SPSS,MATLAB,SEM-EDAX,神经网络等先进技术。探讨了显微结构与抗渗压力的关系。The waste solid,for example,waste rock,slag and fly ash,takes over huge amount of land and causes environment pollution. For this reason,the paper carried experimental research on the physical mechanical performance of the tunnel's waste rock of Dabagou,Fuxin,and then got the physical mechanical performance index. For further study on it's application value,the waste rock was broken as the coarse aggregates of high water-tight concrete with milled slag and fly ash. The experiment shows the compression strength of the concrete reaches 48 Mpa,the shearing strength is 5.5 MPa,and the impervious grade exceeds P30.In this research,we applied a lot of advanced technology and soft wares,e. g,uniformity analysis method,SPSS,SEM-EDAX and neural network technology. Furthermore,this paper studies the relation among micro-structure and impervious grade and the strength of concrete. We believe the result of the research can solve the problem of 'three wastes' pollution and lack of stones,get very good social and economic effect,and be applied in wide-ranged field.
