摘　　要：利用放电等离子烧结(spark plasma sintering,SPS)技术开展对氮化铝透明陶瓷的研究。分析了原料粉的特性, 烧结工艺对烧结体的影响以及所制备的氮化铝透明陶瓷的显微结构。The study of A1N transparent ceramics was developed by the technique of Spark Plasma Sintering. The characteristic of the raw material powder and the influence of sintering technics on the sintered ceramics were analyzed in this paper,and the microstructure of A1N transparent ceramics was also investigated.
