摘　　要：为了迎接医疗市场的竞争和挑战,在医院中引入ISO9000族国际标准管理来提升医疗质量是一种有效的手段。内部审核是ISO9001质量管理体系构建过程中的一个重要组成部分。本文通过我院在内部审核中的一些工作尝试,对如何提高医院内部审核的有效性进行了有益的探索。In order to meet the competition and new challenges in the medical market, it is an effective method for hospital managers to run a hospital by using ISO9000 standards. Internal audit is an important component of the ISO9001 standards system. The paper discusses the validity of internal audits through experience in our hospital and we hope it will benefit the other hospitals.
