摘　　要：手术管理是医院外科管理的一个核心部分,本文重点探讨了"零缺陷"质量管理模式在手术室的应用,认为此模式能为手术病人提供最安全、有效的护理,使手术室的服务质量明显提高,服务满意度提高, 工作效率增强,并为医院手术室管理提供了良好的管理手段。The management of operating room is a key section of hospital surgical management. This paper mainly discusses that the mode of zero defect quality management has been applied in the operating room. It states that this mode can provide the safest, the most effective nursing for the patients. It is obvious to improve service quality of operating room and the degree of satisfaction and also promote work efficiency of operating room. It provides good management method for hospital management of operating room.
