肺表面活性物质治疗新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的　探讨肺表面活性物质 (PS)治疗新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征 (NRDS)的疗效和临床价值。方法　对 2 0例NRDS患儿用curosurf(PS的一种 )治疗 ,观察治疗前后患儿血气 ,肺氧合指标和呼吸机参数变化及。结果　用药后 2h、6h、12h氧合及肺功能指标均较用药前明显改善 ,差异非常显着 (P <0 .0 1) ;呼吸机参数 (除PEEP外 )均明显下降 ,差异有非常显着意义 (P <0 .0 1)。用药后 6h胸部X线片显示 ,患儿肺野透亮度明显改善。结论　curosurf治疗能快速、安全、有效地改善NRDS患儿的肺功能 ,降低呼吸机参数。Objective: To study the efficacy and clinical value of pulmonary surfactant (PS) in the replacement therapy for neonatal resoiratory distress syndrome (NRDS). Methods: Twenty NRDS infants were treated with curosurf which is one of the PS.The changes of Blood gas indet,the exygenization and ventilator parameters after the therapy. Results: The oxygenization and lung function showed significant improvements at 2h,6h,12h after curosurf administration in comparison with those before curosurf therapy,respectively(P<0.01).The ventilator parameters(except for PEEP) acquired were also lower at 2h,6h,12h after curosurf administration than the before curosurf therapy (P<0.01).After 6 hours of the administration,chestox-ray showed a significant improvement in lung aeration .Conclusion curosurf could rapidly and effectively improve the lung function,lower the ventilator parameters.
