云南红豆杉扦插育苗试验结果分析

摘　　要：1995～2000年在云南省云龙县漕涧林场进行了云南红豆杉扦插育苗试验。其目的是提高扦插生根效果和提高苗木质量,试验表明:温棚是关键;春插较秋插经济可行;穗条药剂处理以100mg·100g-12号生根粉速蘸法效果最佳;以1～2年穗条为好;扦插基质以暗棕壤土为最佳;综合运用基肥和追肥相结合的施肥措施效果最佳。The experiment of seedling raising of Taxus yunnanensis by cuttage had been conducted in Caojian Tree Farm of Yunlong county in Yunnan from 1995 to 2000. The purpose was to increase the effect of striking root and quality of nursery stock. The result showed that warm shed was the key; cuttage in spring was more economical practicable than that in autumn; cutting branch handled by drug had the best outcome using No. 2 powder for striking root by continued dipping method at the density of 100mg·100g~-1, 1-2-year branch was under the best condition, dark brown soil was the best substrate for cuttage; integrated measures for combining based fertilizer with top application had the optimum expectations.
