摘 要:对高频率和大电流的开关功率变换器,电感器损耗对温升及变换器效率指标具有重要影响。通过高频电感器线圈损耗机制的深入分析,对铜箔线圈以及里兹线线圈进行了比较,提出了线圈避开气隙扩散磁通的设计思想和原则。研究了基于功率铁氧体材料性能因素(PF)指标的铁芯材料选用依据。改进、设计了一种高频串联谐振型逆变器的谐振电感器,在1kVA容量时,使逆变器整机效率提高了4%。The winding loss of the converter has important influence on the temperature rise and the efficiency of the converter for switched mode converter with high freguency and high current. Through loss mechanism investigation for a gapped inductor ,copper winding scheme and litz wire winding scheme for gapped inductor was evaluated. The evaluation result showed that litz wire winding was better for high frequency gapped inductor than copper winding. The design guideline for winding keep-away air-gap fringing flux was proposed. The selection guideline of power ferrite materials based on performance factor (PF) was also investigated. A design for resonant inductor used litz wire with optimum winding loss was improved, and 4% efficiency was increased by comparison to the initial design with a series resonant inverter at 1 kVA.
