便携式高精度土壤养分光电比色仪研究

摘　　要：介绍了一种便携式高精度土壤养分光电比色仪的结构、工作原理和实现方法。土壤养分光电比色仪与一般实验室用仪器不同,它除了完成光电比色浓度测量之外,还内置了温度传感器以便进行温度校正,从而提高对环境的适应性。实测数据表明便携式高精度土壤养分光电比色仪的性能指标达到和超过了国家有关标准,它体积小、重量轻和操作简单,将会在我国农村基层测土施肥中得到广泛应用。The designing principle, construction and realizing method of a portable and high accurate soil nutrient photoelectric colorimeter are described. There are more differences between the soil nutrient photoelectronic and normal spectrocolorimeter. Besides testing the sample concentration, it can detect surrounding temperature by using a temperature sensor build in the instrument and modify the concentration value, so it can be used in different places. Verifying the features of the colorimeter on real -time, it shows that many performances reach and surpass the requirements of the Natl. standards for soil nutrient tester. The novel portable and high accurate soil nutrient photoelectronic colorimeter will be widely used to identify the nutrient rich or short in a soil sample by its small dimension, high accuracy, light weight and easy operation.
