摘　　要：利用基因工程技术将外源基因导入栽培稻,创造转基因水稻的方法为提高水稻产量、品质和抗性开辟了一条崭新的途径。重点阐述了转基因水稻的研究进展、存在问题、发展趋势及生物安全性问题和对策。Genetic engineering is a new method to create transgenic rice with foreign genes from other species. This method could be helpful to increase rice yield, quality and resistance to stress. Progress in research of transgenic rice, existed problems, prospects in the future, as well as biological safety problems and countermeasures were reviewed in the paper.
