摘　　要：为了提高对腹部钝性伤所致闭合性输尿管损伤的早期诊断,采用大剂量静脉肾盂造影或逆行造影。结果显示大剂量静脉肾盂造影和逆行造影具有不延误伤后抢救、步骤简便、创伤小、诊断率高等优点。认为大剂量静脉肾盂造影和逆行造影,在早期诊断腹部钝性伤所致输尿管损伤中具有不可替的作用。To define the optimal methods of diagnosis of ureteral injury from blunt abdominal trauma, the intravenous urography and retrograde pyelograph were used for the earlier diagnosis of ureteral injury. Results showed that the intravenous urography and retrograde pyelograph had the advantages of no delaying rescue, simple procedure and high rate of diagnosis. It can not be replaced in the earlier disgmosis of injury of ureteral from blunt obdominal trauma.
