催生汤配合米非司酮和米索前列醇终止早孕的临床观察

摘　　要：目的 :探讨催生汤配合米非司酮和米索前列醇终止早孕的综合疗效。方法 :在药物流产的同时加服催生汤 ,观察 132例。结果 :治疗组 132例加服催生汤提高了完全流产率 ,缩短了阴道出血时间。结论 :催生汤配合米非司酮和米索前列醇终止早孕 ,完全流产率达 10 0 % ,值得临床推广使用。Objective: Explore the comprehensive effect of termination of early pregnancy by traditional Chinese medicine cooperate with oral mifepristone plus misoprostol. Methods: This article has discussed 132 cases, which combined traditional Chinese medicine with oral mifepristone and misoprostol. Results: It improve the rate of entive abortion, and shorten the time of vagina bleeding. Conclusions: Combing traditional Chinese medicine with oral mifepristone and misoprostol, the rate of entire abortion is 100%. It's worth clinically applying widespread.
