摘 要:以碱金属化合物为矿化剂 ,以Ca(NO3 ) 2 和钛酸丁酯的水解产物TiO(OH) 2 为原料进行固态反应 ,制得CaTiO3 粉末 ,再由浸渍法负载上CoO ,制备出新型光催化分解水的催化剂CoO/CaTiO3 .SEM ,XRD和UV Vis漫反射光谱表征结果显示 ,加入NaOH矿化剂可使固态反应完全 ,提高CaTiO3 的结晶完整性 .适宜的NaOH用量为 1 5 % .在 4 0 0W高压汞灯照射下 ,该催化剂在 0 0 0 8mol/L的Na2 CO3 溶液中分解水的产氢速率可达到 4 6 8μmol/ (g·h) .The CaTiO3 powder was prepared by solid-state reaction of Ca(NO3)(2) with TiO(OH)(2) formed by hydrolysis of tetrabutyl titanate in the presence of alkali metal compound mineralizers. A novel photocatalyst, CoO/CaTIO3, was prepared by impregnation of CaTiO3 with Co(NO3)(2) solution, followed by drying, calcination, reduction in hydrogen and oxidation in oxygen. The results showed that a suitable mineralizer can promote the photocatalytic activity of CoO/CaTiO3. The mineralizer effect decreased in the order NaOH > KOH > NaNO3 > KNO3 > LiOH. The SEM, XRD and UV-Vis DRS results showed that the solid-state reaction for preparing CaTiO3 proceeded completely so that the purity and crystal perfection of CaTiO3 were improved by adding NaOH. The suitable amount of NaOH was 1.5%. The hydrogen-generation rate of the water decomposition reaction in 0.008 mol/L Na2CO3 solution amounted to 468 mu mol/(g center dot h) over the CoO/CaTiO3 catalyst with the irradiation of a 400 W high pressure mercury lamp.
