阻尼夹层消音金刚石圆锯片的锯切噪声特性

摘　　要：在切割过程中,金刚石圆锯片会产生剧烈的切割噪声,对周围环境产生相当大的污染,危及人们的身体健康。本文阐述了一般金刚石圆锯片切割噪声特性及阻尼夹层消音金刚石圆锯片阻尼降噪效果。研究表明:普通金刚石锯片的最强噪声峰出现在危害听损最严重的(NIPTS)4000 Hz附近的3785.12 Hz,声压级为101.29 dB,切割噪声总声压级为106.58 dB;阻尼夹层消音金刚石锯片噪声总声压级为86.69 dB,比普通金刚石锯片总声压级降低19.89dB,降噪效果最好。普通金刚石锯片的噪声声压在30 Pa以上,大于痛阔声压极限(20 Pa),噪声衰减时间大约为15-20 s;而阻尼夹层消音金刚石锯片的声压在4 Pa以下,噪声率减时间仅为1s。噪声阻尼增大500-3000倍。Diamond saw blade generates noise while cutting, that severely pollute environment and harm the operating worker's health. In this paper, the reason of noise generating of diamond saw blade is analysed, and the characteristics of noise damping on diamond saw blade with damping alloy interlayer is discussed in detail. Investigation results show that the biggest noise peak value of a common diamond saw blade occurs at about 3785. 12Hz near 4000Hz which is the most harmful to worker's hearing, and the voice press level is 101. 29dB. The total voice press levels is 106. 58dB for a common diamond saw blade while cutting, while the total voice pressure level of diamond saw blade with damping interlayer is 86. 69dB,which means 19. 89dB lower than a common diamond saw blade. The voice pressure of a common diamond saw blade is over 30Pa with voice attenuation of about 15 to 20s,while the voice pressure of diamond saw blade with damping interlayer is under 4 Pa with voice attenuation of about 1s. The results show that diamond saw blade with damping interlayer is efficient for noise damping.
