摘　　要：矿业城市在转型过程中所遇到的一个重要的矛盾就是人才的匮乏,本文针对矿业城市转型的特殊性,提出了矿业城市转型的人才支持系统,加强引进人才。An important contradictions met are talentsshortage in the course of making the transition in the city of mining industry,this text to mining industry particularity that city make the transition,propose mining industry talent that city make the transition support the system,strengthen and introduce talents,rational utilization and training the demand for talent of satisfaction transition that existing talents can be better.
