摘　　要：目的探讨治疗烧伤后颌颈部严重疤痕挛缩所致开、反畸形的新术式。方法采用双侧前磨牙位牙槽骨垂直位楔形截骨和下颌骨体前部水平位横行截骨的“U”形联合截骨法 ,治疗 5例儿时烧伤导致颌颈部严重疤痕挛缩伴开、畸形的患者。结果 5例患者术后修复外形满意 ,咬关系均恢复正常。结论该术式操作简单 ,且并发症少 ,为临床治疗因烧伤后严重颌颈疤痕挛缩造成的开、反畸形提供了较好的治疗方法。Objective To evaluate a new surgical approach for the treatment of open bite and crossbite deformities resulting from neck scar contracture following severe burn. Methods U-shaped osteotomy, which is a combination of cuniform vertical dentoalveolar osteotomy and horizontal mandibular body osteotomy was used, to treat 5 cases of open bite and crossbite deformities resulting from neck scar contracture following severe burn. Results Five cases of clinical application, satisfiactary appearances and normal occlusions were obtained postoperatively in five clinical cases. Conclusion This technique is a simple procedure with less complications and provides a good choice to the treatment of open bite and crossbite deformities resulting from neck scar contracture following severe burn.
