摘 要:目的探讨断指再植患者康复训练与其感觉恢复的关系。方法 1997~ 2 0 0 2年 39例断指再植成活者 ,其中 19例做完整感觉康复训练 (训练组 ) ,即术后 8周以视觉代感觉训练 2周 ,第 10周起采用传统的感觉训练 12月 ,并在 4、8、12月分别进行手感觉和二点分辨觉测定。以另 2 0例未经完整感觉训练的断指再植患者作为对照组。结果 4月时二组感觉功能评价无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;8、12月时训练组感觉功能恢复明显优于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,前者感觉功能优良S3+ S4达 89.5 % ,对照组优良S3+ 为 2 2 %。结论完整的感觉康复再训练能够促进再植指感觉功能的最大恢复。Objective To study the effect of rehabilitation training for sensory restoration of replanted finger. Methods From 39 survival replanted fingers during 1997 to 2002, 19 patients were selected for complete sensory training. In the training group, the visual sense of the patient was trained to replace the sense of the finger after 8 weeks post finger replant. After 10 weeks post finger replant, they experienced the traditional sensory training for 12 months. In the control group, another 20 patients did not have any training. The evaluation of hand sense in accordance with international standard and the two point discrimination were carried out at 4, 8 and 12 months after training. Results There was no significant difference between two groups at 4 months after rehabilitation training (P>0.05), but significant difference between two groups at 8 months and great significant difference between two groups at 12 months were seen (P<0.01). The fine sensory recovery, S3 +S4 attained 89.5% in training group, while and in control S3 + was only 22%. Conclusion The rehabilitation training can greatly improve the sensory recovery of the replanted finger.
