摘  要:目的探讨兔半月板破裂用福爱乐医用胶 (α -氰基丙烯酸酯 )粘合以替代常规缝合手术的可行性。方法 36只兔子随机分为对照组、缝合组、医用胶粘合组 ,实验兔破裂半月板在 2、4、8、12周取下标本 ,在光电镜下观察半月板断端愈合及细胞、纤维变化情况。结果缝合组在半月板修复时间、纤维软骨细胞数量以及组织细胞结构上比对照组要好 ,与临床应用的相符性较好。对照组半月板也能愈合 ,但愈合的时间较长 ,破裂间隙的大小与半月板愈合关系密切。医用胶粘合能使半月板短时间粘合 ,也能使半月板断裂处连接 ,但半月板的组织细胞结构发生不可逆的变性。结论对半月板破裂可根据间隙大小决定治疗方案 ;福爱乐医用胶对兔半月板有损害作用 ,不适用于临床。Objective To study the possibility of FuAile medical gum(α-cyanoacrylate) to replace suture in meniscus tear of the knee of the rabbit. Methods Thirty-six rabbits were randomly sampled to three groups: contrast, suture and medical gum. At the second, fourth, eighth and twelfth week, the meniscus cell, fiber and meniscus tear repair were observed by the naked eye, optical microscope and electron microscope. Results The suture group was better in the time of meniscus repair, quantity and structure, similar to clinical practice. The contrast group took longer time in repairing the crack of tear. The medical gum group is worse because the repair is unnormal and denature tissue, cellular structure of the meniscus. Conclusion The experiment can help the selection of repair methods in clinical practice to deal with the crack of meniscus tear. FuAile medical gum may denature the meniscus.
