摘 要:目的探讨螺旋CT三维重建在复杂骨折诊断和治疗中的应用价值。方法使用GELightspeed 16型螺旋CT机 ,对 4 6例复杂骨折患者进行扫描 ,全部数据输入工作站进行SSD处理。结果螺旋CT三维重建图像准确显示了骨折的部位、类型、严重性和移位程度 ,并发现X线摄片漏诊的肩盂、肩胛冈、肩胛骨外侧缘骨折各一处。 9例患者行保守治疗 ,37例行手术治疗 ,疗效均满意。结论螺旋CT三维重建能很直观地显示复杂形态骨关节的损伤情况 ,有助于骨折的正确评估和分类 ;对手术入路的确定和内固定物的选择具有指导意义。Objective To study the effect and value of spiral CT 3-D reconstruction in diagnosis and treatment of complicated fracture. Methods Forty-six cases were performed spiral CT by GE lightspeed type-16 and all information was analyzed by workstation for 3-D surface shaded display reconstruction. Results Spiral CT 3-D reconstruction can demonstrate the location,classification,severity and displacement of complicated fracture accurately which contributes to evaluation and classification of fracture correctly. According to the evaluation,9 cases underwent conservative treatment and 37 cases underwent operative treatment. Conclusion Spiral CT 3-D reconstruction can directly provide the imformation of complicated injury of bone and joint which is helpful to diagnosis and classification of the fracture and is beneficial to the choice of operation. In conclusion spiral CT 3-D reconstruction has a high value in diagnosis and treatment of complicated fracture.
