摘　　要：在医院管理中引入战略成本管理 (SCM )十分必要。在医院管理中应用战略成本管理 ,可使医院在完成战略目标的同时 ,最大限度地降低成本 ,扩大盈利。现代医院战略成本管理与传统的成本管理相比 ,具有长期性、全局性、外延性。It is necessary to introduce strategic cost management(SCM) in hospital management for the purpose of minimizing the cost and maximizing profit while hospital's strategic goals are fulfilled.Compared with the traditional cost management,modern strategic cost management bears the characteristics of long-term,wholeness,extension and innovation.
